Project Brief

This is a beautiful 18th century water house which has been converted into a stylish dwelling.
The client wanted wood flooring to match the period interior without being too rustic.

Solution

The concrete subfloor needed smoothing compound and primer before we subsequently installed an unfinished oak block parquet in prime grade wood to give that opulent look.
We then completed the floor with a matt lacquer finish which doesn’t take away from the grain of the wood.
